The hotel was relaxing and modern and in a very central location. I reached the subway station within 10 minutes on foot. I truly enjoyed the workers, they were extremely friendly and helpful.

An array of activities can be enjoyed in the surroundings, including cycling and playing billiards at the hotel's game room. It was a fantastic experience challenging ourselves with a game of billiards and enjoying the excitement of cycling around the beautiful neighborhood....

As a solo traveler, I loved the brand new comfy rooms and the segregated lounge area. The staff was quick to respond to all my requests.

The room is beautifully decorated & incredible. Everyone who works in the hotel is exceptionally kind and courteous. The breakfast is good with plenty of food.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated that the hotel offered complementary festive treats such as candy canes and gingerbread cookies. The location was ideal for accessing popular tourist spots and the nearby restaurants had a diverse range of cuisines. I also enjoyed the modern decor and comfortable beds.

I was disappointed that there was no room service available and the construction works were disruptive. The lack of tea and coffee making facilities was inconvenient and the rates offered for long-stay were inflated.

We had a horrible experience at our previous hotel, so we decided to book a night at Pentahotel in Moscow. To be honest, we didn't have high expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel had a great location, near the subway and the lively Old Arbat street with plenty of bars and restaurants. The modern design of the hotel and the rooms was impressive. The staff was friendly and spoke good English, and they even helped us with the registration process. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were excellent. We especially enjoyed the cozy bar in the lobby, with a fireplace and a wide selection of food and drinks. it was a great value for the location and the service provided.
